We don’t like to boast, but this Chicken Tikka Masala will definitely beat your favourite take out. We slowly marinate chicken in yogurt with a blend of spices before cooking up a tasty tomato and coconut cream sauce. Together this creates a rich velvety curry sauce full of flavour, with a medium heat. Perfect with a hunk of naan bread on a Friday evening (or any evening come to think of it)….enjoy!
