Guidelines & Processes

The Farm Stratford’s Guidelines and Processes

The Farm Stratford are implementing the following procedures to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and community.

We ask that if you have any of the following symptoms, please do not enter The Farm: Continuous cough, High temperature & Shortness of Breath

How is The Farm responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19):
When necessary, we will limit the amount of people coming in and out The Farm at any one time so social distancing can be observed. There are social distancing measures in place to keep both customers and staff safe all around The Farm.
We have increased hand washing, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces including basket and trolley handles, tills, scoops and other regularly handled areas throughout the site on a frequent basis.
Floor markings show a safe direction for shopping and social distancing spots.
We ask that customers pick up only what you intend to buy.
We have put up a protective screen in front of our main tills to protect staff.
Card payments are preferred.

Cookery School Policy

6 people maximum capacity, which is over half our normal capacity, to ensure social distancing is practiced. Masks/face shields are not required but if you prefer to wear one throughout your cookery class then please do.

Additional extraction has been added to help with air flow.
We uphold the highest level of hygiene & have a 5* EHO rating. All cookery school teachers have been briefed on our COVID-19 policy.
