Barrel & Bone is a small artisan food business dedicated to handcrafting delicious live fermented foods, produced onsite at The Farm. Barrel & Bone age their sauerkraut, kimchi & pickles the old fashioned way, through a process called lactic acid fermentation. Using salt, time & a little patience, they let the naturally occurring live lactobacillus bacteria do all the hard work until they are perfectly fermented.
