About the Event

These sessions are created to explore the way to eat more plant based options that will work for the whole family. We will look at ingredients in our shopping basket from the Farm and understand what makes them a plant based alternative via store cupboard staples. Building a good seasoning and spice store of flavours that will work across many options and add depth to any dish.

We will create and make a brunch meal and desert with a focus on plant based/
vegan twist. We will also cover allergies and alternatives to ingredients such as soya/dairy and gluten.

It will be fun and very interactive and perfect for the bubble of 5 to cook together.
Sam actively encourages you to bring your favourite containers, dishes and bowls to cook in.
A little bit about Sam

Sam Avery is the face behind the Leamington based Cafe “Coffee Architects” with numerous coffee/food and cake posts on its social media pages. Sams background comes from over 30 years in the coffee industry and the developing arena of coffee shops to create the brunch/ lunch venues they are today which is why she choose to open a venue herself.
She has been serving the visitors to the cafe her self titled “Mum Cook” food in the heartiest of portions. Full of colours, flavours and bringing the biggest smiles and the fullest bellies while being aware of the growing need for customisation to accommodate the changes in people diet and lifestyle choices.
Sams favourite dishes are ones that gather family and friends together to eat the same food with a few simple tweaks. Sam is passionate about plant based and so is bringing this style of cooking to The Farm this November.
