Potts' Cooking Sauce - 'Voila Enjoy'
A creamy, mushroomy sauce that is truly wonderful with steak – or, if you fancy ringing the changes, it's also absolutely brilliant with pan-fried chicken breast.
Ingredients: Milk, Water, Double Cream (7%), Mushrooms (7%), Onions, Brandy (3%), Dijon Mustard, Sunflower Oil, Cornflour, Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Garlic, Salt, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Black Pepper.
