The Return of Wellness Wednesdays

Back in the dark depths of lockdown, here at The Farm we launched Wellness Wednesday with the aim to brighten the spirits and create a bit of light in what felt like a very dark time.

From our feel-good playlist to double points for our loyalty card members, it was all about giving something back to our community, within our own Farm Family and beyond.

Fast forward a couple of years and Wellness Wednesdays are back!

In the last few weeks, we’ve run a few sessions for the lovely people of Stratford – from a session on busting nutrition myths with lifestyle coach Darren Putt to a yoga session with experienced yogi Veronica Winter, we can already tell that something exciting is simmering.

And with any luck we’re gaining momentum!

We’re excited to share our summer schedule including a session on sleep, a workshop for working mums in Warwickshire and a talk to tackle something far too many of us struggle with: stress and burnout.

Each session will take place 9.30-10.30am in our private dining area or upstairs meeting room: two spaces that couldn’t be more perfect for supporting wellness and putting health at the core of The Farm’s ethos.

From our staff to our customers, we want to put wellness at the heart of what we do.

Watch this space for wellness updates, top tips for conscious living and the stories behind the people who make the Farm what it is.
